Job Title: Intern/Part-time
Location: Ottawa

Responsibilities:
ØReceiving all visitors
ØReceiving deliveries and managing in-coming and out-going mail
ØManaging phone systems
ØManaging copiers, printers, and overseeing supplies and maintenance requests
ØManaging boardrooms and general office area
ØFiling, scanning, photocopying
ØData entry as required
Qualifications:
ØFamiliar with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
ØAttention to detail and excellent communication skills
ØFlexibility to effectively work independently
ØAble to multi task and use effective time management
ØFluency in English
