观察一下会发现，周末剪草，很少有人会在早晨一大早干的，虽然不违法。
我记得，小区施工车辆进场是7点以后。

如果要搞放音乐的健身, 可以到远离住家的公园.

I believe 7:00 am is only during weekdays ... weekends should be after 9:00.

你绝对没有冒犯我。

按照上面网友的回贴，平时7:00 am ，周末 9:00 am. 但是我朋友的邻居说，应该10点以后。可是我朋友的父母不想等到那么晚。

Bylaw是怎么规定的。

(1) No person shall operate or use or cause to be operated or used any sound reproduction device between 2300 hours of one day and 0700 hours of the next day so as to disturb the peace and comfort of,
