Introduction to Master Lai's Qi Gong Programs
Thank you for your interest in our Qi Gong training programs. They integrate the techniques of Qi Gong stretching, energy guiding, visualization, meditation, relaxation, massage therapy, acupressure, energy healing, Chinese medicine, astrology and the theories of Yin and Yang, Five Elements and the internal organs.

There are several levels, from the beginner level to advanced level to instructor level. The beginner level provides you a foundation on the theories and basic techniques mentioned above.
