Sorry, the price does not cover internet, washing machine. But it does cover refrigerator, hydro, water, heating.It is a nice room, you may come and have a look

how long it takes from your apartment to Univ.of Quebec in Hull by foot?

about 10-15 minutes to college in English,15-20 minutes to college in French by feet. As to the branch of Qeubec university, if you want to go there by walk, maybe 40 munites.
