The living room is 16'x18' and the building is built out of solid concrete so it is noise-proof from all your neighbours. The laundry room is just next door so it is very convenient. It has wooden floor and all heat and hydro are included in the rent. It is situated just across from university of Hull so it catches all the major bus routes to ottawa from alymer. The rooftop is open 24/7 and it catches good view of Hull and Ottawa. You can see all the fireworks from the rooftop! Very quiet and simple neighbourhood. It is close to Park of Gatineau and to all major bicycle paths.
