急：美国签证预约出错了怎么办

我今天好不容易弄好了夫妻俩的DS-160表，然后上网打算预约。我以为要分别建立帐号然后分别预约，只要时间差不多一样就可以。当我分别建立帐号了，就看到有 add family，但怎么都弄不成功，退出了我仔细才看到有这些字“Family members will be added later in the registration process, but must be added before selecting your appointment date. Do not create a separate record here for a family member if you are planning to attend the scheduled appointments as a family and not individually.” 现在不知道怎么办，我老公不会英语一定要我陪同面试的，好像也不能删除其中一个帐号，怎么办，怎么办？？？？
