A friend's mother-in-law has Super Visa, she stayed in Canada for more than a year and wanted to visit US, she submitted her application on September 16, and she was told immediately her visa to US was approved, and she received her visa around two weeks later, and it is MULTIPLE entry valid for one year.
I think, the reason why it is that easy, probably because of the fact that Canadian Government has already approved SUPER VISA, the US government can save a lot to time....
It is much easier than to apply visiting visa to USA with Super Visa than back in China.
