什么时候开始选秋季学期的课呀

那多不公平啊，我大二，如果按今年选课的时候我都在8月13号中午了，前面有好几个给大二选课的，那会不会到我选的时候大二的课就没了阿

Well, at least the people in your faculty or department will have the same time ticket as you do. So, don't worry.

ie, I am engineering, I am choosing before you do. I can't choose film study, but you can. So, when it is your turn, the spot is still open.

8月29号是交学费的deadline,9月4号是什么deadline呀？

August 5 to 29 Fee payment can be made without incurring a late charge.

September 4: Fall term courses begin. Late registration charges take effect.

这2个有什么区别呢？
难道现在late registration也要charge钱了吗？

8月29日之后，再交学费就收late charge for tuition fee
9月4日之后，再注册（第一次正式递交timetabel)就要收late charge for registration。

But if you don't register, you won't have a fee schedual. So, if you pay late registration fine, the late tuition fine is also charged.

If you have a good amount of scholarship, which can cover your tuition, don't even wrong about the money.

You are EE, so all what you need to worry about is the elective.

Most Chinese dudes are taking Econ or Accnt, so you caan buy books and notes even exams from them.
