股东美国提集体诉讼案 控告加拿大黑莓误导

（加新社5日电）黑莓(BlackBerry)智能手机公司1名股东在美国入禀法庭，申请集体诉讼，控告该公司和它的行政高层人员误导投资者，说好公司前景黑莓10智能手机的竞争力。

这名股东说，安省滑铁卢智能手机制造商黑莓高层没有告知投资者，「公司未能恢复元气，重踞无线通讯业翘楚要位」。

股东珀尔斯坦(Marvin Pearlstein)周五入禀曼哈顿法庭，他的兴讼文件说：「事实上，黑莓10智能手机不受市场欢迎。」

这宗集体诉讼会代表数以千计股东，他们在2012年9月27日到今年9月20日期间收购黑莓股票。控告状说，在这段期间，黑莓行政高层歪曲公司营运状况。

控告状点名答辩人行政总裁海因斯(Thorstein Heins)，以及财务总监比杜卡(Brian Bidulka)。

所有指控有待法庭辩证，黑莓公司代表不肯置评，只说公司正检讨该案。
