tune-up worth of $140, including: testing of thermostat; starting capabilities; safety controls; and high
limit · cleaning of flame-rod sensor, ignition, and condensate drains; inspection of venting
system, heat exchanger, gas piping, and installation; vacuum inside and outside furnace;
carbon monoxide test; tighten electrical connections and adjust gas pressure; and
measure voltage, amperage, and temperature difference between air supply and return.
No broken furnace will be serviced. Service area includes Ottawa and Kanata area.
