Can't you believe a cop is suppose "To Serve and Protect", unfortunately, this cop has FABRICATED evidence, and if not because of the video, the victim would have to go to jail for two years, a crime he never did.
Relative to the cop's sentence for one year, "Obstruction of Justice", one year is nothing.
Unfortunately, in Canada, policemen enjoy another legal system, which is in their favor.
