Hi everyone! My name is Tamara, I am an event management student at Algonquin College and am currently looking for a roommate to share my 2-person apartment with.
I am looking for a respectful roommate, non-smoker, preferably female, for the beginning of November/December. The apartment has two rooms, a kitchen and a shared bathroom. One room is $500, and the second room is $420;the secondroom does not have an actual door, thoughit does have its own personal balcony. I am renting out only 1 of the rooms, but you can choose which room you want; the room is unfurnished so you can bring along the furniture you already have.
The following is included in the rent:
Heat
Kitchen privileges
Hydro
Internet
** If needed there is parking, it costs $65 per month. This is not included in the rent.
This apartment is located at 360 Croydon Avenue; it is right across from Lincoln Fields Shopping Centre, a 5 minute walk from Lincoln Fields Station and 3 minutes from grocery store and pharmacy.
