Turning right at a "no right turn" sign

I usually don't drive to downtown, however I got an appointment today, I had to drive to downtown this afternoon. Around 5:15pm, it's raining (It's halloween today), I did not see the traffic light clearly, until I made almost all of the right turn, I saw the "no right turn" sign between booth and wellington st. I know there is a red camera light there.

My question is that if I will receive a traffice offence ticket by turning right at a "no right turn" sign, when the light is green. Is there a way that I can check online by log in my plate number?

在downtown一带我也老出错。有时是红灯，我老人家找不到stop线，又不好在中间，就对着红灯硬闯，也从没没受过罚单。 其实想说，先把这事放一放，多半没人会追究的，那里乱谁都知道。事情来了，再说不迟，何必先给自己找麻烦

这里no left turn.

应该是我上面说的那个方向，那个方向有red light camera。
