I am not the boss. But I will move out on May 31, I don't think
my landlord would like to leave the room empty for 1 month. If you

I know the rule of "first come, first serve" and landlords are realistic, but i ask for a stable lease at least 1 year for a suitable room.
However, I will land in mid July (fm GZ) and really can't make it in early June.

Does your landlord have email? It's more convenient to contact him this way. He may put me in his waiting list.

BTW, any picture of his apartment so that i can get details? Thanks!
