$285 large sitting room for rent, closed to CU, AC

I have a large sitting room in 2br apartment starts on Aug 15th. It is on Merivale Road, location is between CU and AC (experimental farm).

You can move in after Aug 15th for $140(phone, utility). I also can give you a ride for visiting the apartment on 13th and 14th, and tell you which bus you can take for going to CU, AC, UO. So easy.

For After Aug, the Monthly rent is $285(phone, utility), because I don't know if you have a computer or not, so I don't want to charge you anything on internet access unless you want to share, the cable internet will be around $20 each person (add to your rent after I install it)

I have a car, so you can go shopping with me. there will be a mattress and chair for you in the apartment, so the day you come, I will help you to buy a desk. plus Just tell me 1 month ahead before moving out.

I am a graduate student at OU,23, Male, and another CU graduate student lives in another bedroom, Female. plus the sitting roommate I want is clean, quiet, no smoking.

I will arrive in Ottawa in Aug. 22nd. Is that Ok?
1.If I walk to Carleton University, how many minutes do I need? If I take the bus, is that very convenient?
2.Can I use your laundry, kitchen and bathroom?
3.Is your room living room or bedroom? If your room is living room, is that independent? I worried about that I cannot get a private room.

现在我唯一的问题就是你用什么东西把我住的大厅和周围分隔开，帘子？还是墙？

厅可以用帘子或者屏风隔起来，给你一个完全封闭的个人空间。厅的面积=2个卧室面积。
