铺设实木地板后，缝隙较大

请问，铺设实木地板后发粘缝隙较大而明显，不像开发商原装的那样平整。有人说是因为材料和铺设方法不一样。真的吗？

The contractor replaced the carpet with hardwood, not me. Not sure if they leveled the floor. Acctually I hope there are many other reasons to cause the result, not because of their carelessness.

I had the same experience, the contractor blame the quality of the hardwood floor that I bought and blah blah...,I hope it's not the same contractor

Just now I asked if they leveled the floor, they said no. They said if they level the floor first, they will charge $1000 for 300 sq feet's job. Is it a fair price?

肯定是低头猫腰仔细看的缝吧。过几天后懒得这么猫着腰看就没事了。

缝隙大的主要原因还是湿度的变化引起木头的膨胀收缩，如果想让木地板长期处于稳定状态，就要保持适度在一个合适的范围，一般湿度在 45%左右木头是最稳定，膨胀收缩变化最小的。如果湿度过高过低的话，都会造成地板的膨胀收缩，而剧烈的膨胀收缩可能造成地板位移，从而带动钉子位移，到这个时候地板就会不平，有嘎吱声 等等。不过缝隙只要没有打过3毫米，应该都没问题。
