You may go to Unico/联合车房 to do the drive clean test at the Gladstone and Kent. the guys are nice, they can speak Manderin and Cantonese. For the cool part, they could let you pass whatever the condition---if you pay them enough cash, hehe.

你说的是不是在 Merivale Rd. 的那个Ottawa emission centre? 我原来都去那里, 那已经关门很久了.
Ottawa 有很多作 emission Test 的, 打开下面的连接, 找一个近的去就可以了!
