行李被加航托运丢了

7天了还没有找到，加航行李跟踪的customer service 电话每次要等好久才能拨通，而且是外包给了印度，太难沟通了。准备网上找表格claim。
想问的是，如果走正常claim流程，填表寄材料，需要多长时间加航才会做出最终报告？
没有加航的final decision report，就无法向自己的信用卡公司 claim essential expense due to the delayed baggage, up to $500。而加航自己的则少得可怜，up to $100.

另外申报需要提供所有物品的原始发票，加航才给补偿。可有些发票早没了。
没收到行李已经造成居多不便，这申报流程就更闹心，太霸王条款了！

I lost receipts (the goods are about $600, or more). I could not remember how long they released the $150, it cost many days for sure, and no energy to fight with them at end.
They told me that the $150 is the Maximum they can give out without receipt.

多年多次旅行，从没丢过行李。最长等过15天，还没有行李条儿。当时机场没拿到就填个表，回家后打个电话描述包包长啥样儿，颜色，大小，最后加航专送到门。

加航能报销的日用品花销太少了，最多两天，每天$50。之后的花销不管。而且就这$100，claim也很麻烦。

网站上说5天内还没有收到行李的话，需要在21天内填写申报单。但没有提及他们收到申报单后多久能给出final decision。

他那是老黄历吧。现在都填申报单还需要提供原始发票，可claim up to $1500 domestic, $20 /kg for international flight

没发票的话，就看他们的心情给了。
