Big livingroom for rent inside a 2 bedroom apartment.
The area can be separated by a curtain into a bedroom and a dining room.
Rent is $380 per month (include water but not hydro). Hydro and internet will be split between 3 people. Usually 20 bucks per month for internet, 10-20 bucks per month for hydro depending on the weather (heating).
The apt has gym+swimming pool.
good for OU students. (close to school/downtown etc.)
Available ASAP. (Or starting May 1st)
Me and my roommate are female OU students, very quite and clean.
And I'm only looking for only females please. Sorry no pets.
