one year contract $45000/year with 2 weeks vocation.

core requirement:
must be able to cook nice Chinese/Western meals and do good cleaning work.
must be able to play at least one western musical instrument.
must have a car.
must be willing to get incorporated (You have to do your own tax. Your pay check wont be deducted for any tax)

nice to have:
basic financial investment knowledge.
advanced excel skills (write or use macros etc)
know how to report income tax on stocks investment
understand the process of making donations to charity or institution.
