一楼天花板水痕

在二楼主卫马桶位置。第二张可以模糊看见在圆形马桶水痕的前放横着还有一长条（灯光太亮不容易看见）。
马桶曾经拆过一年前。几天前有点堵，但是冲冲也竟下去了，没想到水竟然溢出了。
请问问题有多严重？有好的plumber信息还望多多提供。

你首先将漏水的问题处理好，然后在修补天花板，漏水的地方发黄，你不能直接刷油漆，因为那黄色的东西是水溶性的，当你刷上水性油漆后就会溶于油漆，再次地渗出来，刷一百遍也盖不住，所以你要先用油性的底漆（或去HD买小罐喷漆 ----

见图），待底漆干了后在进行常规油漆。

just to make somebody else not be ripped off.
it is the wax ring leaking. you could probably buy a flange extension kit and put back the wax ring for a small amount of money. but the plumber charged me 200$
and replacing the dry wall on first floor ceiling is not included. is there anyone you know that can do drywall replacement on a reasonable price?
