It is not cheap. All entrance fee is extra. Add everything together it is close to 1000. Plus they will bring you to lots of shopping place. That's why they charge you 100 per day if you do not follow them. And more for youth below age 18 because their purchasing power is not as good as adults. You can pay 1000 for a regular tour with less restriction and less shopping. This tour is waste of your time.
