-the owner of this condo is super cool and nice, he solves any problem as soon as possible
-$1350 includes utilities, free garage parking lot, bike room, free swimming pool, pet friendly (anything i missed?)
-17th floor, awesome view of the city and mooney's bay
-Includes 2 air conditioner and heat, both can be controlled anytime you need （some rental companies may wait until real winter comes to give you the heat, but in here you can keep warm all the time, problem solved!）
