各位大拿，我们要定窗户和大门。如果和公司签合同的话，有什么需要注意的事项吗？就是在合同中应该注意什么。谢谢

1 Pick at least 5 companies to compare and choose the middle one.
2 You pay 30% before the work and pay the left after the work is done well and you accept their work.
3 Regarding labour and parts warranty, instead of accepting "Life long", take 25 years or 30 years.
