昨天lease了一辆 jeep wrangler 今天后悔了 我可不可以退车啊

昨天在HUNT CLUB 订了一辆wrangler 现在觉得脑子进水了 想赶紧退车 只交付了500订金 签了 关于lease的合同 不可以退车吗？？？ 会不会不叫我退 大哥大姐们 解答一下~~

Most likely not. My son did the same thing two weeks ago at the same dealer and he was not allowed. Best way out for this is to find someone who may want to take over the lease from you. Good luck.

I understood. My son neither paid the downpayment. The dealer said he could not rescind the contract once the contract was signed. You can still try to talk with the dealer and find out. With our experience, I don't think you will have very much chance to withdraw.

不想要，就跟他说取消，你没交钱反正，不用担心，而且你的deposit应该可以要回来，去吧，ready for argument

My son's dp was $5000. Also, this is no cooling period in Ontario. Once you sign the contract, the legal binding is in effect. There is nothing you can do if dealer say "No" to your request. I am sure the people who work in dealers in this forum know this very well.

今天去了 他说消费保护法改了 要等车行看lease能不能下来 不能下来退 下来了就不退了 他是这么说的
