水电气的费用和房子的质量关联着，和大小相差不大。我住过公寓，老式House，。。。。如果按居住面积计算，公寓费用最高，其次老式House。。。

高效能的Furnace每年厂家$160/个用于保养和更换过滤器（厂家提供的，价格远高于市场），十年免费零件费用。

40年的roof，十年免费维修，十年后免材料费，平时需要清除树叶（我原来居住地松树很多），有一次Bell公司安装Satellite，把瓦片搞坏了，Roof公司免费更换的。

Garden，如果活不多，完全可以自己干，Splinker夏天费用有限，要人帮忙保养Garden$200/月，pool 大概$2500，没有详细算过。
