1) zzw, can you give me back the invoice number so that we can went thru what we’ve done and see what we did wrong.
2) We again support all positive and negative comments, we are planned to increase staff to provide more better service.
3) For Bettle-case, its proven that this is an accident and owner of the Bettle also aware. Please do not always bring the “title” and attack us over and over again. This is started to get annoying.
4) For the other case, every story has at least 2 sides. People with additional artifact(like picture) might seems have a stronger case, but is it the true? Please use 客觀 side to look at it. If you are not in it, how do you know who is right or wrong.
5) @超級mario, there is more than one reason brake pad finish in less than a year. Not always because of us. That's why we provide longest warranty to help out unexpected.
Conclusion:
For B service, its all computerized, a specific A/B 1/2/3 numbers will appear on screen (for Honda), without special request, we won’t check for message other than displayed(this limited to 1/2/3 service). For invoice, we have to admit its all generalize to includes all services and we will surely improve on that. If LZ's vehicle does not show B12 and in some case we would not up sell the extra service. That's the order by our company policy unless the damage/finding is critical.
