冬天出城个3月，房子的问题

如果冬天出城个3月，房子委托给朋友照看，朋友每个星期会去看房子一次，但不能天天去看。

接受专业人员建议，不仅仅是房子外浇水的水管开关关掉，为了防止furnace突然不工作，屋子里的水管被冻裂，还要把房子水管的总闸关掉，放掉全房子里水管里的水。

但是我还是想，有没有其他办法，防止furnace突然不工作。例如：

• 是否有什么保安公司，能安装温度报警系统，一旦温度低于某个温度，就会通知安保公司。
• 有没有什么property management公司，提供每天的上门访问。
