does the microwove work in site?

sometimes i use the microwave in site and it is working, but yesterday and today i try to heat my lunch, and after 3 minutes, it is still cool?
Who know how to operate the microwave in site?

i do not think the microwave at new site building still work. u can heat ur meal at the basement or 6th floor of CBY.
