2 rooms on basement in a very nice and newly decorated townhouse which locate at southgate of southkeys, with shared living room, dining room and kichen on the main floor. shared bathrooms.
five minutes walking to walmart, 2 minutes walking to 2 bus stops.corner store just next to the house,many restaunants are around. 2 free parking lots at back of house.
surrounding is very quiret, the price includes water,
shared hydro and internet, cable, phone.
ONE person is welcome. (the only unconvienence is washer and drier are hided in a closet on basemen ( but u wno't see))
also u can only rent one of the room with price of $380.
