For security reasons, vehicles cannot be stopped, parked or left unattended in front of the terminal. Vehicles left unattended on the curb will be ticketed.
As an alternative, park and wait hassle-free in your vehicle in our new Cell Phone Parking lot.

叫cell phone waiting area，是以前的p4 改的。没查到可以free 呆多久，toronto的是45分钟。对送人帮助不大。
Cell Phone Parking Lot
The arrivals curb is for active loading only. As a result, the Ottawa Airport Authority is pleased to introduce a free, dedicated waiting facility. Park and wait hassle-free in the comfort of your vehicle until your passenger arrives and sends you a mobile message.
Fees
There is no charge to park in this waiting facility for up to 30 minutes. If you exceed the free waiting period, then standard fees will apply: $2 per 15 minutes.
Terms and Conditions
Stay in your vehicle at all times
Unattended vehicles will be ticketed and towed
Wait until passenger is curbside before proceeding to the terminal
No commercial vehicles
