I have bad experience when I used their after sale services. They are happier when you make a contract and send money to them. However, it is pain when you want to them to repair after sale. Please read my story.

Our Eavestroughing was upgraded by Precision this summer with family code (EVA-2014-8955).
I found that there was water leaking in the joint corner of eaves trough.
First, I contacted the sale person and got connected and complained the problems.
Later, I tried to call the sales person again, who did not pick up my phone anymore.
I sent email to the precision office, who said an order was put in the system.
However, I did not get any response after 3 weeks. When I sent precision office email to
confirm when the problem could be fixed, it was said Sep 10.
However, there was no person coming over yesterday.
How bad the after sale service was!!!

My wife stayed at home yesterday to wait for your staff coming over.
There was no anybody appeared. The problem is still there.
Could you please confirm that?
If the problem can not be fixed within the next few days, I have to talk with
our GROUPBUY organizer to complain how bad it is your after sale service .
