深呼吸, 你好。我所住的house中的一个房客今天搬走了。她原来住这里最好的一间，连着阳台，有风扇，电话(号是share的，但她房间里有插孔)，ADSL上网，每月450全包，水，电， 热， 洗衣机， 干衣机， 我们的炊具也全share着用平时是房东打扫卫生。如果你来，会有3个cu的roommates, 一个女生，2个男生，房东是本地人，他和儿子住这里。我和其中一个男生是中国人。由于房东到现在也没找到新房客，他对我们说如果我们能再找到一个人，楼上3间，从5-10月一共收我们1000元。我现在的房租是375，那个中国男生的房租是395，所以这对大家都有好处。另外，10月开始，大概房租又恢复原状了，但房东说那间房如果住couple的话，他收500。如果住他现在住的地下，再议。

房东和他学建筑儿子非常easygoing,我和那个中国男生也是好处之人。
