Which is better, Direct Energy (around $ 500 for a 2500 square feet house) or HVAC Ottawa (around $600 for the same house)?

Any other companies with good quality of work at reasonable price? Any suggestions? (sorry no Chinese pinyin system on my computer. Such a pain.)
