Lees180位置超好ou学生首选不多说，楼下所有公交 一站到ou，本人亲试从下楼算起5分钟可到，冬天的首选。公寓内洗衣房、免费健身房游泳池，不用出公寓有pizza店和便利店！

按月付租，不用担心要住满多久违约blbl。

Then the price would be 600 per room. If you still prefer a nice price, u may need to find a roommate to share the living room with your friend and you.
For the period of the lease, it's totally depends on u. Please mind that 60 days notice is required to terminate tenancy. So if you move out by May, you need to notice the Rental Office at the end of February.
