I have only had several one-way tickets from Kingston to Ottawa because my frequent traval is between Ottawa and Kingston.
If you want to go to London, you can take bus at Ottawa Bus Terminal located in 265 Catherine St. The most convenient route to get there is Bus No.4. You can also get there by Bus No.1 and 7, but you need to walk serval minutes. The phone number there is 238-5900 if it is not changed so far.

Yes. You should take the bus to the direction of CU. I don't know the name of the bus stop you need to get off if you take Bus No.4, but I know if you take it to the direction of CU ( It means from north to south), you need to get off at the stop just after Bus No.4 turns right ( the Queensway is just at your left hand after its turning). The terminal is quite easy to find. I don't think you will miss it if you take Bus No.4 that I suggest you to take at least at your first time.
