The International Talent Acquisition Centre (In-TAC) provides a national platform that brings together Canadian employers and highly skilled international professionals.
We have 2 openings for project management trainees. It is ideal for new graduates of MBA program to gain hands on experience of the full cycle of project management, as well as how to utilize the digital marketing strategies. It is a 3-month supervised internship, with possibility of paid contract based on performance. Plus, access to the In-TAC professional network and job opportunities

Responsibilities:
Platform Development:
- Under the uidance of project manager, assist in the development and growth of the national platform in designated regions and sectors;
- Act as a liaison between employer partners and business development team to coordinate all aspects of the project
- Manage and execute prospecting process, and achieve the projected targets
- Ensure that all clients’ needs are addressed in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
- Help administer meeting scheduling for employers and the In-TAC business development team
- Work cooperatively within the department
- Perform other duties as required
- To grow brand awareness and leads through developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies
- To create and distribute content of interest to job seekers and employers on In-TAC’s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- To monitor feedback from social media and respond in a way that reflects the In-TAC’s value, quality and professionalism
- To participate in post-campaign analysis and follow ups, to report results and make recommendations to management for improvement
- Work cooperatively within the department
- Perform other duties as required
- Student enrolled or recently graduated from a Master Degree with a major in Business or Marketing
- Experience in content creation and storytelling on digital platforms
- Experience with social media platform such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and customer services skill
- Ability to research and write compelling and creative briefs on relevant topics in a clear and concise manner
- Highly energetic, enthusiastic, with a passion for creativity and challenges. Hands-on experience with an excellent sense of design principles across all media types
- Ability to work under pressure, work unsupervised, attention to detail and an evident work ethic
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), MS project preferred
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills and self-motivated, and
- Desire to contribute to a team environment
