【咨询】关于退房问题

我将于九月中旬搬出渥太华，但是房子可以住到九月底，请教各位大侠哪种办法更好？

1. 向房东要回半个月房租，我不知道能否要回。

2. 出租给临时搬到渥太华的人。

No way you can get any money back,and if u live in a house, u can't sublet the room by yourself, u must let the landlord do it; it's illegal u sublet someone else's room without permission. By now, u should have told your landlord that u gonna move out, otherwise, u will have to pay an extra month's rent fee.
