Our client,a leading Canadian-based international financial services company, are looking for Financial Advisors to join their growing team in Ottawa.

Responsibilities
· Seek out new prospective customers and develop new business relationships.
· Cultivate and get to know clients, their investment needs and their objectives in order to deliver appropriate investments and services
· Help clients achieve their lifetime financial security
· Develop long-term relationships with clients and are there to help them plan for each stage of their lives
· Bring in new assets to the firm using a highly professional consultative sales approach
Qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma or University degree
· A preference for achieving extraordinary financial success through commission-based compensation
· Ability to build new and existing advisor relationships
· Ability to seek opportunities to clarify marketing strategy focus and assist with driving results
· Must be VERY self-driven, competitive, confident, and hungry for success
· Must be a visionary
· Excellent time management and communication Skills
· No criminal record
· Do not have bankruptcy on file
· Are not in collections
Desired but not necessary
· Completion or enroll in the LLQP
· A proven track record in a sales or customer service environment
· Knowledge or experience in the Financial Services industry would be an asset
