- Think abstractly and outside the box but still stay on point, meeting deadlines on the core projects being developed
- Passion for developing and & publishing high-quality Android and iOS apps
- Ability to establish test protocols & execute them in timely manners on new functions and features
- Willingness to be creative yet responsive to others' ideas
- Communicate efficiently with the rest of the development team and actively collaborate with customer service to ensure our users & their needs are put first
- Taking credit for incredible work and a superstar work ethic
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the space
Desires
- Significant knowledge building, debugging, and profiling Objective-C apps, and building complex, interactive mobile applications.
- Experience with seamless integration between web applications and mobile apps is ideal
- Ability to devise possible solutions to anticipated problems;
- Constantly be looking to improve, consulting manuals & technical reports to learn new ways to develop programs and maintain existing skills and knowledge
- Should have knowledge in the use of Amazon Web Services, GIthub, Slack, and/or other project management software solution
- Undergraduate and/or graduate education in computer science or computer engineering is a bonus but not necessarily required, especially if you have education in a related field or significant related experience
- Based in Ottawa, Toronto, Saskatoon, or Calgary (or willingness to re-locate)
