help:tax refund

hi,i've got a problem here, i applied tax refund in May, then i moved,but because i forgot to change my address,i haven't received my check.I tried to go back to my old address,but the guy there told me he returned all my mails.So I guess the only way is going to the tax refund office,so could you tell me the exact address or phone number, or you have a better idea?
