新房如何检测空气质量

大家好，我们买了urbandale的新房，刚刚盖好，准备closing之后马上入住。但是目前屋子里有建筑材料的味道，大概是漆味之类的。国内的房子都是透上几个月才入住，因为家里有小孩，就想问问加拿大这边有没有哪里可以帮忙测新屋内是否有有害气体（甲醛之类）的？是否达到安全标准可以立马入住？

HRV设置为中等频率

Have you calibrated the meter specifically, for formaldehyde?

同样情况，味道大，房子已经空置四个月了，好了很多。目前采取的措施:绿植，活性炭，HRV24小时开，最重要的是开窗通风。用国内淘宝的甲醛试纸测过，没啥甲醛问题。
