What kind of OS are u using?

2000, xp or 98...

if it's 2000 or xp and u just wanna type chinese, just right click your language bar icon on the taskbar then click Setting(you should see only en if you never setup any other ime)->click add->click chinese then choose the one you wanna use for inputting chinese,such as microsoft pinyin 3.0 etc
