从北京买了几台如电话大小的电子设备，需要寄到Ottawa。有谁知道那种方式较好，需要多长时间，大致运费，海关税率多少？多谢

1.it's personal use or commercial use;
2. what kind of electrical product it belongs to;
3.there is any radioative material used in the product;
4.for the shipment company,sender and receiver are business clients or personal clients
