有人用CanadianTire Options信用卡付过HydroOttawa的账单吗

RT，有一事不解，CanadianTire网页上输入HydroOttawa的账号无法输全，因为最多只能输入19位，但是HydroOttawa的账号有20位，请问大家是怎么解决的？

你卡后面有个电话号码，打过去后输入卡号和密码，然后直接按0，问客服。

我搜了一下，还有说可pay property tax，这得挣多少Canadian tire money呀。

错了，ottawa不行。

pay by Canadian tire money generally only earns 1% bonus, cannot cover 1.75% extra fee.

Based on Hydro Ottawa website, it seems the 1.75% service fee is charged by Plastiq or Paymentus (not by Hydro Ottawa) when you used one of them to make credit card payment to Hydro Ottawa. I don't know why would anyone want to pay via them and gets charged 1.75%. You can make credit-card payment (without service fee) directly to Hydro Ottawa by calling 613-738-6400. As such, it is possible Canadian Tire MC is willing to be a payment provider for its clients without charging the 1.75% fee. I will give it a try when my next bill comes.

RFD has a post saying there's probably a bug with the account number length for Hydro Ottawa. It was added as a payee not long ago. This problem, once reported, should be corrected soon.

登录看了下果然已经加上了渥太华地税，爽，地税也能1% CT Money了！

Enbridge 好像不行啊，网上前8位号码是90023246, 我帐单是910001开头。

没关系你直接把你的账号输进去就可以了，前面的号码和账号没有联系。我付过几次都没问题
