血检查癌？

最近听说血检项目中的甲胎蛋白（AFP），癌胚抗原（CEA）可以体现是否有早期癌症，就去看家庭医生，医生说没有血检指标可以查癌，然后看到这边文章 Patient Guide to Tumor Markers. 里面的意思是 Tumor Markers 是用来测试复发的癌症的？
