Receptionist/Office Assistant

PURPOSE OF POSITION :
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support to branch staff and exemplary customer service to all clients. The primary objective of the Receptionist as the first point of contact with most clients is to ensure that their needs are met by directing them to the appropriate party or handling the issue themselves.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
I. Providing excellent customer service to clients in a professional manner by:
Education:
A bachelor degree is required in office administration or a related field.
Experience:
One (1) year of experience in office administration is required with preference to candidates with experience.
Abilities/skills
(Might have opportunity tansfer to Full-time position several months later)
Salary: $13/hour

- Ensuring that the needs of customers are being met;
- Greeting walk in clients and arranging for them to meet with the appropriate party;
- Answering multi-line phones and directing client inquiries for both personal and commercial customers;
- Scheduling client appointments in consultation with staff;
- Processing client payments as well as depositing cash and cheque.
- Processing and inputting client files regarding payments and cheque requests;
- Monitoring and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and couriers;
- Scanning of changes, memos and cancelations to be provided to processing;
- Ordering office supplies and refilling as required;
- Sorting incoming mail and assembling outgoing mail.
- Editing Wechat Ad and others related Picture editing.
Education:
A bachelor degree is required in office administration or a related field.
Experience:
One (1) year of experience in office administration is required with preference to candidates with experience.

- Customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Word processing skills
- Sound judgement
- Superior problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Photoshop etc.
- Word, Excel etc.

- Mandarin and English
