Conditions:
§ Travel must be completed within 12 months from the date of issue the travel credit

§ Travel Credit cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

§ Travel Credit is not transferable or redeemable in cash.

§ Please note that Travel Credit is valid for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise stated on the Travel Credit.

§ Travel Credit is not valid for travel from December 20th to January 5th.

§ You may apply your Travel Credit against train tickets or any other VIA travel product (such as Canrailpass or BizPak), with the exception of on-board train services (such as meals) and/or Gift cards.
您可将抵扣劵用于购买火车票或者任何其他VIA旅行产品 ( 比如Canrailpass http://www.viarail.ca/en/fares-and-packages/rail-passes/canrailpass

§ If a Travel Credit is applied to a ticket of lesser value, the unused value of the Travel Credit shall be considered as lost.
如果抵扣劵用于购买低于1000$的车票，剩下未使用金额视作失效。
Other Restrictions:
§ Unused value NON-REFUNDABLE and not valid for Gift card purchase.
未使用金额不退还，不兑换，不能用于购买礼品卡。
§ Non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be extended.
不能转换，不能当现金用，不能延长期限。
§ It is strictly forbidden to sell, assign, trade or transfer this travel credit to another person, in any manner whatsoever.
禁止销售，过户或以任何方式转让给他人。
§ Subject to seat availability.
服从座位分配。
§ This travel credit shall remain the property of VIA Rail CanadaTM and must be returned to VIA Rail without delay, immediately upon request.
抵扣劵的解释权归VIA所有，并且如经要求，必须归还给VIA
§ Tickets must be booked with VIA directly, either by telephone or at a station.
必须通过VIA直接定票，通过电话或者在车站。
§ Valid for all VIA Rail products and services except gift cards.
对于VIA所有产品和服务有效，除了礼品卡。
