父母移民IMM0008表格的问题

想申请父母移民，现在IMM0008有一项 how many family members, including you, are in this application? 到底填几

我有2个姐姐，但是他们不移民，是不是也要作为我父母的dependent填到IMM0008表 (generic application form for canada) 里？

Dependent !

成年子女还能作为dependent的，条件会比较特殊。
比如如下解释:
dependent adult 是個法律名詞 (特別是加拿大)
指一個18歲以上成年人
經濟上無法獨立自主
身體和(或)心理上殘
