多少算是低收入？

我要申请读安省的COLLEGE,好像低收入家庭可以申请BURSARY.请问，夫妇二人，多少算是低收入？谢了。

I think you are talking about the student loan. If you are, you must get admitted first. Then please visit the student aid office. They will show you how to get the loan. The loan administration will calculate how much money you can borrow.

They will ask you pay the loan back once you graduate. But when you are in school, the loan is free of interest.

I think most of the students here have no income but debt.
So i believe it is not possible to get any money other than
OSAP. If you can get, the others already got.
